Vocational Qualifications

The BTDA Graded Examinations are part of the National Qualifications Framework. Vocational Examinations are available and can be studied at the school.  Students are also encouraged to enrol on the BTDA Certificate in Dance Teaching once they have reached the required level.  Our Assistant Teachers are students that have attained an Advanced Foundation Qualification but are not yet of the age to undertake the Certificate in Dance Teaching.  

Performance Opportunities

In addition to our annual Starlight production children are encouraged to take part in other performances that Starlight participate in during the year.  These include performances at Disneyland Paris, Major London Theatres, Local Variety Performances, and other professional work gained in Film, TV, Pop Videos, Commercials and West End Theatre. 

Studio Facilities

Our School is based at Kingston Primary School, Church Road, Thundersley. Our studio provides a large, clean, well ventilated space. We also have access to the Library where students may read and chill out. Showering and separate male/female changing areas are also available for use by the students.
